All Week
– Alumni Soldier collection by CSW Committee/Student Council – this collection sends care packages to our former students – soldiers currently serving around the world. Collect:

- Glade or other brand solid air freshener
- White, plain tube socks (for warmth at night) – no color, no logo
- DVD movies – new or gently used
- Microwave Popcorn
- Sugar or Artificially sweetened powdered drink packages
- International Phone Cards

 

Monday – Focus – Character Education Puzzle Piece
-Highlight Character Ed in classrooms
* Alumni vs. 8th graders in volleyball – 1:15 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. – contact Ms. Zimmermann to play if you are an alum
-Student Dress – Sports or Jersey Day – Wear your favorite team or player

 

Tuesday – Focus – Academic Excellence Puzzle Piece
* Spelling Bee – 2:00 p.m. in church– finalists from Grades 5-8
-Honor Roll student recognition – middle school & Grades K-5 – academic recognition/celebration
-Student Dress – Grade Color Day (if you have) – 8th – black, 7th – blue, 6th – yellow, 5th – green, 4th – red, 3rd – orange, 2nd – brown, 1st – white, K -rainbow, any color

 

Wednesday – Focus – Faith Puzzle Piece
* Special Catholic Schools Week Mass – 8:15 a.m.
* 4, 5, 6, St. Col to PAC Symphony – 11:45 a.m.
* Choir sings National Anthem at Marquette Game – 6:00 p.m., Bradley Center
-Student Dress – Regular Uniform

 

Thursday – Focus – Fine Arts Puzzle Piece
* Muffins with Mom and/or Doughnuts with Dad Continental Breakfast/Snack – 8:00 a.m. – Students who have a mom/dad/VIP here can go to Church Hall for a one item breakfast/snack, Students remaining in classroom will get a breakfast/snack in the room.
* All School Variety Show – 9:00 a.m. – Church Hall (get to Church Hall by 8:50 a.m.)
-Student Dress – PJ Dress Day – only long flannel or sweatpants bottoms/ t-shirt or sweatshirt tops / slippers in-school only

 

Friday – Focus – Service Puzzle Piece
* Roller Skating – Grades 1-8 w/ St. Coletta at Incredi-Roll – Students will bring bag lunches & eat in classrooms at 10:45 a.m. or so – Leave school at 11:00 a.m., skating starts at 11:30 a.m., done at 1:30 p.m., return to school by 2:00 p.m. Concession stand open.
-Super Bowl Student Council Fundraiser. Student Council members will be at the entrance doors with 2 different money containers – one for the Colts & one for the Saints. Drop your donations into the container of your favorite team. We’ll announce the team before school lets out and see if it matches the big game winner.
* Fish Fry w/ family masquerade dance
-Student Dress – Crazy Day – Hats, Socks, Nail Polish, Jewelry & Clothes

 

Saturday – Parish Event – Beer, Band & Boogie at Long Wong’s – Adults only, see flyer for details
